Dear members of the School of Architecture community,
We want to reach out to Muslim students, colleagues, friends and community members to express our grief for the loss of a Muslim family in the horrifying terrorist attack in London Ontario. Following Dean Mary Wells, we reiterate here President Hamdullahpur’s comments:
“Nobody should fear for their safety based on their religious beliefs, the colour of their skin, or simply who they are. We must do more to stop hate and make Canada a more tolerant, respectful and inclusive place for everyone.”
