Let’s Make Good Stuff

Let's Make Good Stuff is an exploration into the physical reality of the designed objects around us. Focusing on maintenance and repair as drivers of personal agency for individuals and as tools and a way of thinking for designers to explore and recreate. This thesis uses teardowns to explore what goes on behind the scenes in a set of tools, and expresses the potential for manual work to inform designs that lead to a more repairable and sustainable future.
