Research and coursework support:
- Carmen Peters, Arts & Engineering librarian, and Christine Moffatt, Engineering & Entrepreneurship librarian, will be providing librarian support for architecture this term
- The Library will be staffed by Sara Perkins, with the support of our co-op student Carla Kolar

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data and software support and instruction: For Spring term 2021 all GIS-related services will be provided by University of Waterloo Library’s Geospatial Centre. Use the Geospatial Centre contact form to get help with using GIS software and finding and accessing data sources.
Accessing print and digital library resources: We continue to provide access to library resources through a variety of services available to all Waterloo students, staff and faculty, including:
- Book pickup at the School of Architecture is available Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will receive an email notification when your request is available for pickup
- Many physical items can also be mailed to your Canadian address – select Books by Mail as the pickup location when you place a hold in the catalogue. A postage-paid return label will be included with your items
- Request a digitized chapter/article/excerpt in Omni, the Library’s catalogue
- Return your library materials at the school during the above book pickup hours, or learn about the other options for returning library materials
- Log into course reserves to access any digital course readings provided by your instructor
- Temporary access to online collections is available during the pandemic, including Hathi Trust
